A cookbook! It’s one of 5 that we brought with us and now that we are getting more settled, we have time to start cooking properly again. If you like Mexican food, this cookbook is great. The recipes don’t need too many ingredients (they’re very easy to find being this close to Mexico!) This week we had sweet potato gratin with thyme, chilli and feta, it was delicious but I need to work on my photography skills!
Next week we fancy summery spinach and feta tacos, sounds good for the hot weather!
