When we went to the DUMBO area of New York a few years ago we ate at Juliana’s which was some of the nicest pizza we’ve ever eaten. It’s competition in that area is Grimaladi’s which has a very similar style of new york pizza and which happens to have restaurants scattered around the country including a couple in Phoenix. This is the third time we’ve eaten here and the pizza is delicious.
Thin, crispy pizza with bubbly crust and toppings you can pick yourself, yum yum. Our favourite combination is roasted peppers, artichoke and mushrooms. We picked the large size so we’d have enough to bring home for lunch the next day, I do like a takeaway box!
UPDATE…it might actually taste even better reheated! Just had my lunch and it was delicious. 12 minutes at 350F = perfectly hot and bubbly for future reference!
