FRIDAY FAVOURITE

I recently made an American cookie recipe, Pioneer Woman chocolate chunk  Cookies which gave me an American yield…..42 cookies! We managed to give some away to friends and work but we found a very efficient way of eating them up….2 at a time sandwiched around ice cream! A delicious treat for everyday of the week!
