This week we have been drinking homemade cold brew coffee. We let 1/2 lb of coffee sit overnight in 16cups of water and then strained it through a muslin cloth/sieve. It has lasted a week in the fridge and tasted yummy with ice and just a splash of non dairy creamer for me, beacause I like a little bit of sweetness! More convenient than going to Starbucks and saves us money! We used a strong Guatemalan coffee but I’m intrigued to try different types and see how the flavour changes. We’re also wondering if it will work with decaf? Watch this space!
