Another foodie one this week! While we were in California we picked up Sprinkles cupcakes as a treat one night. They make a vegan red velvet cupcake which I was hesitant to try as the Whole Foods vegan cupcake I tried wasn’t very pleasant. I shouldn’t have worried, this one was delicious! The sponge was light and fluffy and the icing had a lovely coconutty flavour. As chris said, if you didn’t know if was vegan you couldn’t tell, which is a very good sign!
